- TheState Incentive Award in Social Sciences in the field of "Publishing"for the year 2000 for research: "Desktop publishing and its applicationsin the press: a field study on Egyptian press institutions", which isconsidered pioneering research in this field.
- CairoUniversity Incentive Award for Scientific Research for the year 1996/1997 inthe field of “Media Communication Technology” for the book “Printing and E-Publishing Technology” and a set of research specialized in communicationtechnology, which were previously mentioned within the published scientificresearch, which was conducted between 1995, 1997.
- TheBest Research Award from the Center for Women and Children Studies in Bahrain,for the research "Women and Media in Rural and Urban", which waspreviously mentioned within the collective research in which the researcherparticipated.
- Certificateof Appreciation and University Shield from Cairo University in its celebrationof Science Day 2001 on the occasion of obtaining the State Incentive Award inSocial Sciences for 2000.
- Ashield and certificate of appreciation for the participation and success of aworkshop entitled: "ISIS: The World Confronting InternationalTerrorism" within the activities of the "Iraqi-Egyptian MediaForum" that was held in Cairo on Sunday, November 23, 2014.

- Theaward for the best doctoral thesis from Kafr El-Sheikh University for 2020 isshared equally with my student Samira Mohamed Mabrouk Moussa, assistant professorin the Department of Media at the Faculty of Arts, Kafr El-Sheikh University,which I supervised in her doctoral thesis entitled: The discourse of theEgyptian and Arab press towards the performance of the Egyptian economy in theperiod from June 2014 to June 2017 ,Analytical study on a sample of economicnewspapers, PhD thesis, unpublished, (Cairo University: Faculty of MassCommunication, 2020).
- Obtainingthe eighth rank (repeatedly) in the “Arcef Report 2021” in the field of mediaout of the total number of authors (1400) cited for their articles in thisfield, among more than (196000) Arab authors whose reference citations invarious disciplines were studied and reviewed, out of a Total Arcef reports coveringthe period 2012-2019.
- "The University'sVoice" newspaper won the award for the best printed student newspaper atthe level of Egyptian media faculties and departments from the "DigitalMedia Foundation" for 2020/2021.
- TheUniversity's Voice newspaper won the award for the best printed studentnewspaper in the field of continuous production at the level of Arab andAfrican media colleges and departments from the Digital Media Foundation for2020/2021.
- JournalismDepartment of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, won firstplace in the competition “Arab Media Youth Forum held at the Faculty of MassCommunication, Cairo University from December 12-14, 2021” in the category“Tourism Development Press” with a file on “Sunset Desert”, published in theAugust 2020 issue, From the "University Magazine", and the (Al-Balad)blog issued as a graduation project for the Class of 2020 students from the JournalismDepartment.
