>> Rules of Transferring among Departments  

The faculty board agreed on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2014on the decision of the Education and Students Affairs committee about the guidelines of transferring among departments as follows:

1-     The student should not have previously applied to join the department he/she wishes to transfer to.

2-     The excuse for which he/she didn't apply for the department for should be considered.

3-     The time period during which the transfer is permitted is two weeks from the start of the semester and before 30% of the attendance required has passed.

4-     The transferred to department decides whether the request is accepted.

The student's grades in the related subject are counted while his/her grades in the unrelated subjects aren't.
