1)The academic profile of the student represents the document including the courses taken and the grades obtained in each course and the this document should be certified officially.
2) The seasonal percentage is calculated through summing the points that the student obtained in the courses taken and then dividing these points by the number of courses in the semester and calculating this percentage according to the grades’ average GPA in the all previous semesters.
3) Each academic course worth 100 points distributed as follows: 30 marks for the classwork, 20 marks for the midterm exam and 50 marks for the final exam and the faculty council has the right to issue other criteria for distributing the grades of some practical courses.

2) The cumulative percentage and the graduation GPA is calculated as follows:

The first ranking will be granted to the students who fulfilled all the graduation requirements with a cumulative percentage of 3.5 and more and the second ranking to the students with a cumulative percentage ranging from 3.4 to less than 3.6 and it is a must the student didn’t fail in any of the courses during his academic period.
