The head of department in cooperation with a committee of professors put a certain criteria for evaluating the faculty professors, doctors and teaching assistants.Faculty staff has the opportunity to see the results of the evaluation and discus it with the committee, and then a report is presented to the faculty dean.The dean of the faculty discusses the results of the evaluation (if necessary) with faculty members.
